So I went to my mother’s beauty salon (Bi-by’s Hair Salon in Chicago) this past weekend and I decided to blowdry my hair. She of course did an awesome job. Last time I blowdried my hair was last September. It feels good but I definitely miss my curls. I’m getting a lot of gray hair (I think 10 for each of my children) so I did some lights with dye (no bleach). I know is not good either way but it’s hard going natural AND going gray. I’m enjoying it in the mean time but I can’t wait to wash and let the afro out again!
